Responsibilities:
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates;
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work;
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms
- Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates;
- Good verbal & written communication skills;
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
- Lateral Recruitment Write and post job descriptions, manage responses, and screen candidates on job portals;
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms
- Understand the Job description and identify key skills required for each position
- Undertake candidate search through various job portals
- Effectively use social media to drive candidate engagement
- Conduct screening interviews with candidates
- Coordinate between candidates and clients for recruitment
