Consultant - Recruiter & Executive Search

This position is with an US based Executive Search Co.

Bangalore/Chennai locations.

Role :

- Recruitment and executive search, handling key corporate clients, heading the branch

- Reports to MD, & India head

- Female candidates with PG/MBA in HR, around 8 yrs experience in corporate HR/ Generalist HR or working with reputed HR Consulting and staffing companies.

- Good hands on experience in head hunting, recruiting thru online platforms & delivery of the HR mandate.

- Key corporate client account management and meeting with the HR/ Business heads for senior mandates.

- Experience in handling retained searches across BFSI, pharma, FMCG, Auto, Hospitality industries.

- Excellent in English communication, good personality and confident of handling & convincing senior management of corporate cos.
