The client is a consulting arm of a leading global payments company where the consultant will have the opportunity to contribute immediately to meaningful client-based work for major companies in Asia Pacific, including many of the region's largest financial institutions and merchants. The consultant will be responsible for delivering top quality work as the project manager in the global delivery team including consulting services business, test &amp; learn and data &amp; analytics. This role will require specialisation in payments and deep expertise in leading consulting engagements. - Function as a project manager for delivery projects - Rigorously &amp; logically identify issues covering client problems in the assigned project - Generate key hypotheses and independently structures work at the project level - Develop effective working relationships with mid- to senior-level client management - Identify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms forrecommendations - Independently assess client agenda, internal culture and change readiness - Create effective, impactful and quality assured storylines &amp; slides at the project level Education, Qualifications and Experience - MBA or equivalent degree ( from Premiere B-schools only) - Extensive experience ( minimum 5 years) in a consulting organization, with exposure to financial services ( payments business if possible) - Must have project management experience in the consulting domain - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - International experience (particularly Australia or South East Asia) will be highly valued - Willingness to travel outside India during the project period
