Consultant/Project Leader - Private Equity (4-7 yrs)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Leads a team of Associates and Analysts to execute the case
- Take responsibility for assigning work streams. Monitors and manages workload and resolves overloads
- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve discrete issues and/or drive consensus
- Communicate data, knowledge and insight to the entire team. Generate and screen realistic solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work experience: 4-6 years of experience in consulting/ research/ analytics, with hands on experience in FS sub-sectors serving banking, insurance and other capital market clients. Prior experience/ familiarity with financial services industry is a must.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of financial services sector and sub-sectors such as Banking /Insurance /Brokerage /Payments /NBFC/Fintech, etc.
- Exceptional analytical & technical skills and knowledge of market research tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PPT
