They Consult, Counsel, Educate and Coach and have clients consisting of various business houses of India, ranging from small families of 3 members to large families of up to 40 members. The team of consultants have effective facilitation skills and rich experience of having worked with over 75 business families across India, UAE &amp; Nepal. Consultant - Project Delivery Role and responsibility - The prospect shall be supporting (initially) and then leading (eventually) various projects related to Family constitution, succession planning, conflict management, family governance etc. - Shall guide/ facilitate during one to one coaching to the owner and his family &amp; business (institutionalizing family governance systems and processes) - Shall conduct himself as an experts from all strata of business, family governance, organisational and human behaviour. - Shall be groomed into the role / projects before he is expected to lead the client engagement Candidate profile - Graduate / Post graduate in Psychology - 6-8 years of experience in Organisation behaviour/clinical psychology / HR consulting - Experience in leadership (or otherwise) coaching and mentoring is a must - Hard core experience in leading and executing corporate / clinical assignments - Confident, pleasing personality with high emotional quotient Job Location - Gurgaon
