Consultant/Principal - Strategy Consulting - Finance Transformation/R2R Consulting/CFO Advisory

Incumbent from Finance strategy consulting background.

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore

Qualification: CA, CPA OR ICWA, MBA - Finance (Tier 1)

Travel: Should be open to extensive travel within India

Role Brief

- End-to-end consulting exposure of Finance/R2R(Record to Report) process

- Drive innovation through cooperating with process experts- community for R2R.

- Drive standardization and optimisation of R2R across Finance function at client site.

- Provide leadership internally and in the market to maintain and enhance market leading position.

- Lead a diverse team towards the execution of - broader and deeper- client Finance transformation strategy

- Work with engagements & new clients on transformation & scope expansion opportunities.

- Work with marketing on building competitive collateral, with training teams on building training programs, with engagements and solutions on assuring innovation and feedback is two way.

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 4/5 years of Core Finance/R2R Transformation experience.

- Should have R2R/Finance Transformation experience in any/multiple Management Consulting firms

- Thought leadership in R2R

- Exposure of national(Domestic/India based) business environments.

- Demonstrated experience in process management and re-engineering.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Team spirit.

- Influencing skills and the ability to motivate cross functional and diverse teams.

- Innovation capability to build and suggest new products.

- Client engagement skills.

- Ability to think out of the box - strategic thinking.

- Fluency in business English.
