Job Description
Sales Operations:
- Preparing customer Presentations (power point presentations)
- Preparation of Monthly management reports.
- Collecting deal insights from source other than the RFP document (Sales/AC management team or clients)
RFP/RFQ Response :
- Bid Management
- Requirement Understanding
- Networking with internal stake holders
a. COE
b. Finance & Legal
c. Delivery
- Document Management (Word, XLS, PPT)
- Structure - Thought process behind the content owned by T&D team
- Ownership - adhere submission deadlines
- Flow - of information presented in the document
- Support with technical qualification of a bid
- Collect answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
- Support customer events with collaterals
- Ability to qualify new opportunities from all GEO's for bid go/no go decision
- Manage bid team and consolidate inputs from various stakeholders viz. Delivery, Service Lines, Sales, Account Management and
Business Finance teams.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of experience with business studies background
-Excellent communication skills.
-Should be a team player and self-starter
. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
