eCommerce domain knowledge
- Business and semi technical knowledge on any commerce platforms like ATG, Demandware, Hybris, Magento, Wordpress or any other SaaS platforms like Shopify, Mozu, Woocommerce.
- Solution consulting capabilities
- Costing and pricing methodologies
- Good at Proposal writing
- Good presentation/interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of SDLC processes like Agile, Waterfall
Responsibilities :
- Pre-sales consultant will be responsible for reviewing the RFP/RFIs, prepare cumulative and comprehensive responses to the RFP/RFIs
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;
- Coordinate internally with the project teams on requirement validations, solutions
- Create project estimations and timelines, high level project plan
- Create appealing project proposals
- Continuously define new processes/standards to keep up with changing business needs
