Position : Consultant - Predictive Analytics Location : Delhi NCR (Currently looking for candidates based in Delhi NCR) Experience: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience Joining : Immediate to 30 days (If the notice period is more than 30 days the resume may not be considered) Interview process : i) 1/2 Telephonic rounds and ii)Personal Interview Flexibility needed: He/She should be open to short-notice travelling and living onsite for months (if needed) because some of our projects require us to develop and deliver the solutions at the client site. Specific Responsibilities a) Devise innovative solutions using Statistical techniques to solve specific client business problems b) Understand business requirements to translate business problems into analytics problems and construct analysis road-map based on the business context c) Build best in class models that lead to solutions to business problems d) Develop good visualization to communicate business insights from analysis and make actionable recommendations e) Independently work on and deliver projects f) Lead a team of analysts as required to deliver on projects g) Communicate with clients and manage the client engagement h) Assist/Coach team to build technical expertise as well as soft skills during the course of projects i) Travel to onsite client locations to work on and deliver projects for different duration Experience &amp; Qualification Requirements a) 4 - 8 years of experience in the analytics area b) Working knowledge of Python and SQL, processing and manipulating large datasets, data cleaning, etc. c) Independent delivery of analytics projects from requirement gathering, creating a functional design, developing the solution, execution of the same, implementation and handover of the final solution d) Understanding of model interpretation/ explainability e) Good communication skills as the person are required to manage the client relationships and will be doing the key communications. f) BTech + Masters (Preferred)
