Job Description :
- Work with the product owner and the adoption hub to develop an adoption plan for the assigned product
- Work with product/process/function owner and leadership to build success metrics
- Identify users and conduct immersion sessions with ethnographers
- Document key insights from user immersions and feed them into the training and communication plans
- Plan and conduct workshops to create solutions and execution plans to solve the user's problems
- Work closely with the data analyst to regularly monitor the benchmark metrics
- Gather regular feedback from the users on the adoption tools and techniques
Skills & Expertise required :
- Overall 8 years experience with 3 cycles of transformation change management required
- Prior experience in driving change management and communication as part of technology implementation is a MUST
- Large scale Landing and Adoption Management
- CCMP from ACMP / APMG / PROSCI Certification MUST
- Technology transformation experience
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics (preferable and not essential)
- Complex Change management skills
- Familiarity with analytics and Dashboards
