Consultant - Oracle HCM

MUMBAI LOCATION (Looking Only for local candidates)

- 5+ years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with implementation / BAU experience in at least 3 end to end projects.

- Expert knowledge on (any of the two out of three mentioned) Cloud HCM Modules ('Absence', 'Talent Management, Performance & Goals' and 'Compensation')

- Strong experience with Fusion technologies including HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio.

- Capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, Monitoring, and status updates to Leadership.

- Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems. Interact with business users frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
