Job description -&nbsp; The candidate is expected to own and work on assignments in areas like (not a comprehensive set): - Contact Center Strategy, Assessment and Transformation and roadmap - Understand customer segmentation and trends, describe service strategy to optimize cost to serve - Requirement gathering and functional consulting for the platform - Business case requirement assessment - Leading and coordinating solution design - Ability to formulate detailed business case for service projects and derive IRR, NPV, ROI and Payback - Manage change management initiatives to enable platform adoption - Manage analytics (basic and advanced) assignments on data derived from the respective platforms post implementation. Knowledge of visualization platform like Tableau, Power BI and advanced analytics will be preferred. - Program manage the design initiatives for platform adoption Note: The platforms mentioned in the above points can be any of the below. The candidate should have significant experience on at least one of these platforms: 1. Salesforce.com Sales/ Service/ Marketing cloud 2. CloudCraze - This is a B2B platform Asset/PoV Creation The candidate will also be required to contribute in creation of industry relevant point of views or assets for consumer goods companies in areas like CRM, Salesforce / Distributor Management, Trade Promotion Management, Contract Management, Omnichannel, Digitization of Trade, Pricing or B2B. Note: The areas highlighted here are just notional, these can evolve or change basis market dynamics Proposal/RFP Responses The candidate will also be required to contribute in responding to RFPs received from clients (as required and depends on the level at which the candidate is hired). This can include activities like conducting research on certain topic required for RFP response, solutioning or program managing the response. General Business Consulting - Can solve an unstructured problem where brief provided is minimum. Solves the problem by breaking down into structured modules. Follows fundamentals of issue-based problem solving - Can construct basic components of business case and value analyses eg. market share, sales, costs under various heads, etc. Can perform Research and Analysis of client- 's business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences even if information available is insufficient. Can interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools Sales &amp; Marketing Mandatory to have platform functional experience on any of the below (candidates with certifications will be preferred): - Salesforce.com Sales/ Service/ Marketing cloud - Salesforce CloudCraze (B2B Platform) Has worked on one or more core sales and marketing assignments like: - SFDC sales/ service/ marketing cloud implementation - Experience in digital channels and integration with CRM both from business and technology perspective - Digital RTM (telesales, chatbots, IVRs, retailer mobile apps) - Trade Promotion Management / Trade Promotion Optimization /Trade Spend Management - Category/ Assortment Planning - Pricing Management/ Revenue Management - B2B Ecommerce (please exclude any other ecommerce experience like B2C or B2B2C) - Sales/ Marketing/ Brand Analytics - Has worked with (as part of the firm itself or as part of consulting organization where these firms have been their clients) multinational consumer goods companies for 2- 6 years like Nestle, Unilever, P&amp;G, Coke, PepsiCo, ABInBev, Mondelez etc. Following advanced analytical experience are optional but good-to-have - Customer Segmentation - Sales Force Effectiveness - Pricing Analytics - Promo Uplift Assessment - MRoI (Marketing Return on Investment)
