Position: Consultant - Marketing and Sales Analytics Experience: 6y - 8y Location: Bangalore (Currently looking for candidates in Bangalore) Joining: Immediate to 30 days (if joining &gt;30 days, resume will not be considered) Responsibilities: a) Provide consulting services to stakeholders/consumers in the Marketing and Sales analytics space for US BU b) Develop a good understanding of Marketing and Sales analytics with analytical approaches to effectively guide and support stakeholders in the US c) Developing Analytical Dashboard using BI tools like Tableau, R Shiny or Excel d) Coordinate with team in synthesizing data into actionable data insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in PPT/Excel reports designed to be delivered to clients e) Story Boarding (Presenting your analysis insights in the form of presentation with meaningful insights for the stakeholders) f) Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive complex (multifaceted/multifunctional) projects that support the development of existing and new offerings in US team g) Contribute towards the process improvement of current deliverables h) Interact and develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and as per the client's specifications i) Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders j) Optimal resource utilization for the team Experience & Skills: a) Good analytical thinking abilities b) Strong hands-on knowledge on the tools / languages like SAS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau and Advanced Excel (Must Have) c) Good knowledge of Statistical technique & Machine Learning Algorithms d) Strong verbal and written communication skills e) Strong project & Stakeholder Management skills f) Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word g) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently in managing the engagement h) Ability to lead a team and coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times i) Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions for the team j) Pharma knowledge is preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in any STEM discipline
