Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Plan and launch products for GeM and analyzes market potential via effective use of market research data
- Develop comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns including management of calendar, creative brief, asset creation, scheduling, QA, approval, segmentation building, and in-depth post deployment analysis
- Planning and implementation of marketing and promotion activities for branding GeM and drive business for the assigned products
- Devise promotional plans and ensure timely and qualitative execution of the same
- Identify product opportunities in short & medium term
- Ensure on going analysis of internal and external brand performance
Qualifications :
- Must possess regular full-time B.Tech/B.E/MCA OR regular full-time Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management, from a premier/ reputed institute
Expected candidate Experience :
- Must have a total marketing and promotion work experience of at least 7 years and atleast 2 of experience in e-commerce industry
- Candidates with experience in seller management will be preferred
- Experienced in analyzing market trends, developing methods of field-test on marketing programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the various market segments
- Excellent analytical skills and decision making ability
