Location - WFH/Virtual (2-3 days per week)
Project Title : Partner to help Organization Excel in Food Category
Short description of the project:
- To create and lead execution of global strategy
- Project deliverable s: As part of the project the member will develop the medium and long-term overall strategy, operational and organizational plan for the Category.
Innovation:
- Identify opportunities in foods category which involves forecasting consumer foresight and insights and any opportunities and/or threats emerging from the competitive or technology landscape.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to develop new brand/product bundles and establish viability of the same.
- Develops suitable launch brand mix (4-Ps) and Go-To-Market plans
- To define new product pricing (pre-launch and launch) and to set the pricing ladder to guide delivery of required contribution
Execution:
- Establish strategies related to product launches, media releases, PR, advertising & agencies, design agencies, budgets and MIS
- Create brand/product level business plan with volume, gross margins and overall profitability
Duration of the project : 4-6 months
Location of the project : Anywhere (Virtual Connect)
Capacity required days/week : 2-3 days a week
Skills required : At least 9+ years of experience with major experience in foods space involving responsibility of category development, New Product Development, formulation of marketing strategy, brand health measures and execution of ATL plans.
Minimum work experience required: 9+ years
