Consultant/Managing Consultant - Robotics Process Automation - BPO/ITES

We are looking for Robotics Process Automatic (Senior) for a client with a global presence Gurgaon.

Functional Design Manager, AGM or DGM grade (M6/M5/M4)

Job Location : Cyber City

Experience : Must have minimum 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in a RPA consulting, BPO or ITES organization; including experience in managing and leading RPA teams

Qualification : Master's degree required + Undergrad degree in a quantitative area is helpful (ex. Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Stats, Math, etc.) Candidates with Six Sigma, PMP or Prince 2 certifications would be given preference

Shift : UK, 5 days

Overview

Primary role is supporting Client's RPA business through effective service delivery and technical competence. You will also extend our existing automation solutions to our customers- most challenging use cases by leveraging your development. You will independently fulfill client facing functional and technical roles in the support of Client's RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Design solutions utilizing available RPA platforms and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team

2. Help build technical competence by introducing additional RPA platforms from your experience

3. Chart and implement customer RPA journeys from an existing initial implementation to a robust scalable model

4. Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification / mitigation

5. Shape the end to end architecture and design, and work with the technical / program head and team to implement the solutions.

6. Train and coach team members on RPA technologies

7. Effectively create, unify, and guide project team with disparate skills and backgrounds

8. Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plan

9. Promote firm development by taking initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships

10. Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation

11. Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience

12. Develop intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analysis

13. Manage and collaborate effectively with team members from cross-functional teams

14. Role will require extensive travel (both within India and outside) and flexibility in working hours

Experience

- Experience in RPA tools such as Blue Prism/ Automation Anywhere/ UIPath/ Openspan

- Strong Background experience using various Microsoft Technologies mainly in .NET area. Worked on C#.Net, WCF, MVC, JavaScript, Java

- Experience in VB Script, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), Python, Perl, Bash & Poweshell is highly desired

- Comprehensive experience in building strategy and solution along with implementation

- Must have led projects in past, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the programmes
