Job Title: Platform - SAP & Oracle

Job Summary:

- To bring finance knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities to our clients to deliver business value

- To work with leading global clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges

- Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies

Key Responsibilities:

- Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP and Oracle System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis

- Prepare business case, Solution Architecting, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements and execution approach for SAP and Oracle opportunities and use them as part of proposal to the client appropriately

- Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external

- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity

- Lead the team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines

- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget

- Effectively co-ordinate with client organizations and work towards maintaining & enhancing effective client relationships

- Lead various aspects of finance transformation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients



Education: Must be a Post Graduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A with at least 8-10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain

Technical certifications: SAP FICO and/or Oracle EBS (Mandatory)

SAP S4HANA, Oracle Fusion (Preferable)

Project Management: PMP or Prince 2 (Optional)

Work Experience: 

- 1+ years experience of working on S4HANA and/or Oracle Fusion

- 5+ years experience of working on SAP FICO and/or Oracle EBS

- 8+ years experience in Finance Technology relevant projects

Work Requirements: Extensive travel depending on geographical span

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Core Skills:

- Process Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services

- Finance business process knowledge related to Organization Structure, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc.

- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and Oracle System Integration projects, namely, SAP ECC and Oracle EBS Finance modules / applications

- Program Management: Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders groups and execute on-time and on budget

- Programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmes

- Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP and Oracle System Integration projects be able to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis

- People Management skills: supervision of Accenture analysts and consultants and client personnel

- Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams
