Consultant/Manager - RTM Sales

Experience of 4-8 years post MBA

- Strong Program Management Skills

- Strong experience in Sales, Marketing, RTM, GTM strategies, Trade Marketing.

- Demonstrated expertise in Sales & Marketing with preferred industry experience in Products (CPG / FMCG)

- The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements

- The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the "C - Suite" executives

- Travelling required as per project

1. Project Delivery: The candidate will be required to work with senior Client professionals and will be expected to

a. Define project scope and deliverables,

b. Manage delivery and project economics

c. Manage project risk

d. Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team.
