- A minimum of 4 - 10 years of experience
- Strong Program Management Skills
- Current or Prior experience in a Consulting firm is a mandate.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales & Marketing, GTM with preferred industry experience in Resources (Oil&Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Energy)
- The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
- The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C - Suite- executives
Responsibilities :
Drive Client Value Creation
- Understand client's business, priorities, C-suite/Management agenda
- Be able to co-create with client /articulate transformation /innovation agenda for client
- Leverage client's capabilities to bring to the client right teams/capabilities to enable (sell & deliver) the transformation/ innovation agenda
2. Build Client and Client's Relationships
a. Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through in-depth client/industry understanding
b. Build internal client's networks to be able to leverage to bring the best of client's to the client
3. Grow client's business at accounts
a. Drive Sales, Revenue and Profitability for the account
b. Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; Drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to drive business
c. Delivery ownership and excellence
4. Develop / Manage a team of high performing individuals
Experience in the following areas :
Individual must have :
a. Extensive experience in the Resources (Oil&Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Energy ( with In- depth Industry experience))
b. Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the Industry role
c 4 -10 years of consulting and account management experience. Domestic consulting experience is preferred
