Consultant/Manager - Resolution & Restructuring - Consulting Firm

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Client Relationship management

- Supporting the firm's go-to-market and responding to client opportunities

- Ability to effectively manage client interactions and sensitive handling of client senior management relationships

- To execute R&R assignments with minimal support from team head

- Develop relationships with lenders/other agencies

- Assisting the team head in criticality management and hand-holding in context of client's financial, technical and operational challenges

- Performing quality reviews and ensuring highest quality deliverables to the client

- Work closely with corporates, venture capitalists, private equities and other investors.

Desired Profile:

- CA/Engineer plus MBA(Finance)

- 5 - 10 years of experience preferably on the Corporate Finance/Project Management team

- Prior experience in an Infrastructure company/ Core Infra sector/ Infra Consultancy firm is preferred

- Strong analytical skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution

- Strong Negotiation Skills; Persuasiveness and Ownership attitude

- Should be willing to travel.

Skill Set:

- Financial Modelling Skills with Working Capital Assessment Knowledge

- Preparation of Information Memorandum

- Knowledge of all aspects of Corporate debt funding structure and its parameters

- Understanding of overall economic scenario across industry

- Knowledge of Business operations and Techno-commercial aspects

- Through understanding of the relevant RBI / other regulatory guidelines

- Advanced MS Office skills

- Ability to multi-task.
