Consultant/Manager/Principal - Natural Resources - IIM/ISB/XLRI (3-14 yrs)
This is regarding a job role with a MNC based out of Delhi / Mumbai
We are looking for experts in the area of Natural Resources.
- The individual should have a deep understanding of the Natural Resources (Metals, Mining, Paper, Cement etc) sector in India
- The individual should have successful track record of delivering results in the Natural Resources sector (either as a part of consulting or industry experience), preferably in India.
- Work experience in Natural Resources (Metals, Mining, Paper, Cement etc) should ideally cover the following areas (atleast 2) :
Growth and business transformation strategy
Operations excellence
Supply Chain Management
Capital Project Management
Sales & Marketing transformation
Organization Design/ Restructuring
MANDATE -
1) Background - Consulting experience is a MUST
2) Education - MBA mandatory from Tier 1 B Schools (IIMs, ISB, NMIS, SP Jain, JBIMS, XLRI, FMS)
