Looking for candidates with strong exp in Operational risk , Basel II, FRM.
Exp from BFSI or Consulting firms is preferred.
Exp range :-
For Con level - Mumbai Location - 2-4 yrs
For Manager level - Bangalore Location - 6-9 yrs
Assist our clients, who are medium and large banking institutions in US and other developed markets, with large transformational engagements.

- Participate in RFPs / Sales pitches
- Manage engagement delivery
- Work with the leadership team to identify and develop offerings. Build team to deliver on these engagements.
Required Qualification:
Experience in some of the following areas
- Business Integration Risk Management
- Target Operating Model design
- Current state assessment
- Business Process Transformation
- Cost Optimization / Lean / Six Sigma
- Operations risk management (Ops VaR, KRI, RCSA)
- Payments
- MBA / Advanced Degree
- Consulting Experience (both delivery & business development) from Big 4 / Top tier consulting firms or Experience working with top tier Banks
- Strong Communication skills
- Good Understanding of Banking Operating Model across functions (Origination's, Underwriting, Operations, Customer Servicing, Technology, Finance, Risk, Treasury etc..)
- Strong problem solving skills
