Job Purpose

You are an MBA with innovative and pragmatic thinking and strong interpersonal skills with upto 10 years of strategy, transformation, process reengineering and process excellence experience in the Insurance (Health, General & life Insurance) domain.

Key Responsibility Areas

- Contribute to strategy and business transformation initiatives

- Conduct primary/ secondary research for market assessment, competitive analysis and financial models for Insurance institutions

- Define and deliver customer journeys

- Suggest new features and product innovations whenever necessary based on understanding of consumer behavior

- Monitor customer funnel, identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business

- Experience key business performance metrics and KPIs in Life Insurance

Job Qualifications

Qualifications : MBA from a premier Institute; Graduate - B. E / B. Tech (open to all Specializations), B. Com, B.A (Economics) with no backlogs

Skills : Business writing and presentation skills verbal and written; High proficiency in computers, MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Powerpoint; Knowledge of analytical tools
