Role: Consultant / Manager (Business Analyst) - Commodity Trading

Location : Bangalore

Years of Experience : Around 8 years of experience

Education : Full time MBA / PGDM from top tier B School mandatory

Required Experience

- Must have experience in Physical trading, contract, pricing, derivative, deal capture, deal pricing, Hedging, P&L, Valuation, close of business, Derivatives, trade capture, commodity contracts, deal pricing, Hedging, Order Management

- Must have around 8 years of experience in IT consulting and business analysis

- Must have experience related to Energy commodities trading

- Domain : Energy trading (Crude oil, LNG, Gas oil, Gasoline, Fuel oil, Bunkering etc.), ETRM - Front Office

- Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in front office functions of Commodity Trading landscape - deal capture, deal pricing, Hedging, P&L, Valuation, close of business, Derivatives, trade capture, commodity contracts, deal pricing, Hedging, Order Management

- Extensive experience and strong skills in Business Analysis - process modelling, requirements gathering, Functional Design, Story Writing etc.

- Experience in one or more of the following context: software product development; business and technology transformation; Agile methodology

- Demonstrated ability in planning consulting/functional work, managing stakeholders, ownership of project outcomes

- Strong foundational skills - written and oral business communication, stakeholder management, forward planning
