Consultant - Management Consulting - Project Transformation - CMT (1-8 yrs)

Level : Consultant - Management Consulting

Operating Group : Communications, Media and Tech (CMT)

- This role is for a consulting professional within the High Tech and Internet vertical. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Project Management.

- The candidate should have experience in the following activities:

- Delivered large and complex projects as a Project Manager

- Managed the project end-end from initiation to closure

- Experienced in managing the Project Schedule, Costs, Scope, Quality and Risks

- Experienced in Stakeholder Management including Vendor Management

- Worked across activities including Project Financials Management, resource management/ramp-up, business case refresh, value realization & tracking, senior executive & steering committee presentations and reports, analytics reporting, etc.

In addition to Project Management, the ideal candidate should have experience in supporting one or more of the following areas :

1. Process Consulting :

a. Develop process maps including - as-is- and - to-be- process and system documentation, leveraging on her/his strong knowledge of High Tech industry processes

b. Contribute on process consulting project activities including assessment of - as-is- processes, identification of process pain points and gap analysis, recommending - to-be- processes incorporating changes for process improvements, getting client buy-in for proposed changes, conducting trainings for impacted client FTEs across business units, etc.

2. Digital Transformation :

a. Support the development of client's digital transformation strategy aligned to the org strategy

b. Develop the business case for digital investment in line with the agreed upon digital transformation strategy and get the client sponsor buy-in prior to execution

c. Drive execution of digital transformation initiatives and provide business, technical and analytical expertise to support digital implementation

3. Change Management :

a. Develop Change Management plan, activities and templates covering change communication, change adoption, and monitoring & governance. Engage with client change sponsors and stakeholders to get the client buy-in

b. Execute Change Management activities including communication, adoption and monitoring

Experience :

- Specific experience should include :

- 10+ years of overall experience with minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management

- Strong High Tech or Internet industry experience preferred

- Must have exp. in IT Infrastructure including exposure in areas such as Data Centre, Routing/Switching, and Networking etc

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-school preferred

- Exposure to global clients is desirable

- Preference would be given to PMP certified professionals

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Diplomatic, flexible, and a team player
