Consultant - Machine Learning - Python/R - KPO

Work you'll do :

The primary role of the Machine Learning Consultant is to develop Machine Learning/AI based solutions to solve the business problems of our clients.

To do this, the Machine Learning Consultant must perform the following activities :

- Understand the business objectives, elicit requirements and collect relevant data

- Explore and analyze the data collected to derive insights and formulate the hypothesis

- Utilize his/her knowledge and understanding of machine learning concepts to develop the right approach and solution for the client

- Collaborate with technology team and other internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of the final ML solution

Skills Required :

- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Engineering (or) Master's Degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Business Management / Business Analytics

- Overall 5 -8 years of professional experience where 3-5 years have been specifically on machine learning/data analytics/data science

- Expert level understanding of machine learning concepts such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, KNN classification, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Trees, Random Forest, Naive Bayes' theorem, Neural Networks, etc.

- Programming skills in Python/R

- Understanding of SQL and other database tools to store, organize, retrieve, and manage data for doing analysis

- Preferred (not mandatory): Familiarity with Alteryx/RapidMiner and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Qliksense/Power BI, etc.

- A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and/or advisory

- Excellent academic credentials

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently

- Flexibility to travel
