Consultant - M&A Technology Integration

The Role:

Planning, detailing and executing the integration of technology systems for merging entities in M&A deals. You will provide the expertise and understanding of the IT processes of the merging entities and enable their seamless integration. Clients will be global entities operating at the cutting edge of Life Sciences technology and working with the most advanced and contemporary IT systems. Depending on the scope and scale of assignments, you could have individual charge of delivery or manage a team for distributed execution.

Your Profile:

You must be an MBA with 5-10 years of experience in M&A technology integration with top-tier consulting organizations. A prior qualification in Engineering would be an advantage

Key skills must include:

1. Core competence and experience in delivery of projects in M&A lifecycle (IT and business)

2. Strong understanding of solutions: Due diligence; IMO/SMO/CMO- pre-Day 1 planning, Day 1 and cutover planning/ execution, post Day 1 planning/ execution; synergy identification/ planning, Post deal Operations

3. Managing the IT Integration of two companies
