Legal Consultant An exciting opportunity with a Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Mumbai is looking to onboard a Legal Consultant for a 6-month exclusive secondment (via Counselect). The professional must have 5 to 7 years of work experience in the M&A practice. 1. Providing legal support for the company's domestic and international acquisitions, investments and other strategic M&A transactions in all stages, from performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction documentation, and supporting closing transactions and post-closing integration. 2. Working closely together with the internal M&A team and other internal stakeholders of the Client, as well as with external advisors and experts. 3. Advise on general corporate matters, coordinating with other internal stakeholders of the Client, as well as with external advisors and experts 4. Advise on other general corporate matters.
