We are looking for suitable candidates for the post of Consultant.

Location : Malad

Roles & Responsibility :

1) Understanding the position requirement.

2) Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting resume through different job portals.

3) Posting the job requirements on different portals.

4) Effectively using a personal network, built up the database, internet and employee referrals for prospective hiring.

5) Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills and qualifications.

6) Scheduling interviews

7) Regular follow up with selected candidates.

8) Maintaining database for candidates.

9) Maintaining and updating the status of filled and vacant openings.

10) Creating weekly & monthly status reports.

Candidates coming from Mumbai Location Preferred.

MBA fresher can also apply for the same.
