The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India.

Job responsibilities include activities like managing the configuration and operation of the legal Contract Management System, Facilitate discussions related to Contract Lifecycle Management and to be able to precisely outline technical solutions to several applications, make accurate and clear technical documentation; develop support and governance processes, organize and write recommendations on client issues, thought leadership and firm building activities.

Position Requirements

Work Experience:

- Deliver corporate business legal engagements for PWC clients - assisting with engagement playbooks, training, leading, and quality controlling the work product of teams supporting business as usual contract and negotiations service assistance; and review, abstraction, remediation services in response to regulatory and other corporate triggering events

- Deliver operational and process efficiencies for contracting functions within legal business services

- Deliver consulting engagements for corporate business legal clients - including contract functional operating model design; identification, selection and implementation; and process reengineering

- Lead and guide the performance and engagement of delivery teams

- Instate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring, governing and tracking client engagements and to provide analysis report to the lead against these KPIs and metrics

- Ability to review, draft and assist with proposals

Skills Preferred:

- Contract Templates, Processes and Practices

- Mapping functional requirements to CLM and Salesforce and other satellite systems features and functionality

- Lead the budget and contract negotiations with service providers, including all preceding and subsequent contracts, balancing time, cost and quality considerations.

- Take responsibility for the identification of new service providers and management of structured evaluations of existing preferred service providers

- Ability to drive the development and adaptation of Contract & Pricing Services business procedures

- Drive the end-to-end contract management process including contract authoring, red-lining, negotiations and approvals

- Engage with the Category Management, Internal legal dept. and Vendors as required to get contracts published once sourcing has been completed and a vendor has been selected

- Provide as-is analysis of current contract processes to management

- To drive conflict resolution in existing contracts if any and ensure that RFP proposals are reflected in final agreements

- Collaborate between internal and external parties during various contract development and negotiation stages, including things like-negotiation of terms, conditions and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied

- Ensure appropriate templates for contracts are used and laisse with legal if needed to review vendor paper

- Maintain contract templates and own the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities

- Ensure SLAs around the contracting process like TAT for contract, contract accuracy, etc.

- Help develop MIS around the SLAs around the contracting process

- Assist and guide Engagement owners/partners within the business on contract process questions

Professional and Educational Background:

- MBA in Strategy / Sales / Marketing from a premium school

- Preferred candidates will hold an MBA and have experience with high tech industry, good understanding of contract negotiations and contract drafting, functional knowledge of Procurement, exposure to contract life cycle management.

- 1-5 years of relevant work experience. Work experience will be considered relevant based on inputs and assessment during the interview process
