They are looking for an HR professional to join their Learning Solutions Team that works on the HR SME content building which becomes the basic block of the entire delivery. Role deliverables include: 1. Competency Mapping: Understanding multiple sectors in India, important jobs, roles and related competencies: functional and behavioral that enable successful delivery on the job 2. Content Creation: Research various models and concepts of HR around the identified competency to leverage the knowledge in creating learning simulations 3. Competency Dictionary: Continuously add to the learning bank of the organization by building on the competency dictionary that becomes that basic building block for the consulting delivery across sectors and hierarchy. 4. Client Interface: Be a part of the overall engagement and delivery team that serves the learning agenda of the client. Enhance your own understanding of industries and sectors and core jobs therein and competencies that make those role holders successful in. the job 5. Assessment: Design competency based assessment centers for client and follow-up with development interventions Requirements: - Candidate must be Engineer followed by an MBA in HR or Masters in Psychology from reputed college/university and possess 5-8 years of post qualification work experience in HR - Prefer candidates from HR consulting or candidates who have worked in Talent Management or Organization Development COEs -Candidates must enjoy both analytical as well as creative work
