Job description :  - The recruiter will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. The ideal candidate will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, and organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.   Responsibilities :   - Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruitment programs, procedures, and plans   - Serve as consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical level   - Possesses strong understanding of client needs and hiring conditions external and internal   Additional responsibilities :  - Understands and drives creative strategic solutions within multiple groups and/or locations. Understands market conditions as related to client group   - Should possess client management skills   - Demonstrates the ability to scale with hiring teams, driving new creative strategies, playing a more strategic role in recruitment process   - Meets established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires as related to level, position and business group. Also maintains accept/decline data on offers extended and meets goals on number of annual hires relative to level and metrics   - Understands and drives creative strategic solutions within multiple groups and/or locations.
