Consultant - Internal Audit - Risk management & Process (2-6 yrs)
Looking for qualified CA with 1.5 years to 5 years of experience in internal auditing and risk advisory services with thorough knowledge of business and processes.
Multiple Positions available.
Job Responsibilities -
- Leading the team while performing the risk based internal audits.
- Ensuring a smooth communication with management and key stakeholders in accordance with pre-defined timelines and KPIs.
- Assignment planning & preparation of risk and control matrix. Engage in drafting of Standard Operating Procedures
- Assessment of risk identified and its prioritization considering quantitative as well as qualitative factors.
- Perform analytical procedures for presenting new business ideas.
- Implementation of risk control framework and testing adequacy of design and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Finalizing audit observations and proposed recommendations.
- Presentation and discussion of audit reports at various levels in the organization.
- Follow up for completion of previous audit issues.
- Preparation of Audit Committee Deck for the Board Meeting.
