Job Description: POSITION: CONSULTANT (Internal Audit &amp; Risk Advisory Services) DEPARTMENT: Governance, Risk and Internal Controls (GRIC) department. ROLE: - Internal audit planning, execution; - ICoFR, design &amp; testing knowledge &amp; ability to get work done; - Report drafting clarity &amp; ability; - Work prioritization; - Communicate extensively, within as well as with outside stakeholders; - A willingness to travel &amp; lead assignments across the country; - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work. - Candidate will be reporting to Assistant Manager &amp; authorities above him. - 2nd and 4th Saturdays are half day and 1st, 3rd and 5th are non working. Certain months of the year when work is light, every Saturday may be declared an off &nbsp;LOCATION: Pune Desired Candidate Requirement: QUALIFICATION: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)/ Certified from Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) or ENGINEERING GRADUATE &nbsp;EXPERIENCE: 6 months - 3 years work experience in core internal audit or consulting work SKILLS:&nbsp; - Internal Audits and Internal Control Reviews (Internal controls over financial reporting); - Regulatory Compliance Reviews; - Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, techniques and theories of financial reporting and internal control; auditing standards, practices and techniques. - Knowledge of Computer applications used in auditing and data processing, principals and practices pertaining to financial systems and statistical methods; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Excellent at Power-point, excel &amp; word; working knowledge &amp; usage of ERP packages; - Should be persuasive (but not aggressive), adaptable and versatile (including the ability to innovate &amp; demonstrate out of the box thinking); - Consulting work aptitude; - Mature &amp; broad outlook with strong attributes of entrepreneurship &amp; ownership; - Tact &amp; diplomacy. - Candidates who are readily available to join with some PQE in IA are preferred.
