RESPONSIBILITIES

- A person holding relevant experience in HR Transformation

- Holding experience in Talent Management

- Experience in HR integration planning, do-by-close and day 1 preparation, post-deal HR integration management (structures, grades, reward programs, HR processes and policies, etc.) project management, communication and change management, etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

- 3-5 years of experience in HR Transformation.

- Sound knowledge of Talent Management.
