HR Tech Inside Sales Consultant - Enterprise (Freelance)

Previous experience :

a. Worked in the HR team (EX- Head of HR, Learning and Developement, or Employer Benefits) at least one large organisation (10+ years experience)

b. Has worked as an external consultant for a few years, having consulted with HR leaders of large organisations (5+ years experience as a consultant).

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and generate revenue by promoting our HR technology solutions to large organizations.

2. Consult with HR leaders to understand their HR needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and objectives.

3. Stay up-to-date with market trends and HR technology advancements to provide relevant and effective solutions.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 10 year of experience working within the HR team of a large organization.

2. 5+ years of experience as an external consultant, where they have consulted with HR leaders of large organizations.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
