Consultant - Governance Consulting - NGO/Social Service

Responsibilities :

- Implement and coordinate the MoU signed between the org and Government

- Support in the design and development of the pilots by working with partners and technical agencies;

- Coordinate with selected partners;

- Liaison and manage the day to day undertaking

- Build partnerships and linkages with other organizations, institutions, and agencies with similar interests and objectives;

- Oversee, supervise, monitor and review progress on project activities;

- Provide technical support for strengthening their strategic framework for gender integration;

- Any other related work that may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES :

- M.A.or MBA

- At least 7-8 years of experience in implementation and management of development programs and projects, consulting projects

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and partners, both public and private.

- Experience with self-help groups (SHGs), NRLM/SRLMs is highly desirable;

- Experience of working with regulatory/government bodies.

- Experience in using program management software including designing tracking and monitoring mechanisms;

- Experience in partnership management at local, state, national and international levels;
