Consultant - Global Mobility - Consulting Firm - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (3-9 yrs)
Job opportunity in Mumbai, for a Post graduate from Premier B-School to take the role of a Consultant - Global Mobility having 3+ years of experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing global mobility consulting projects like -Compensation Fitment, Mobility Policy benchmarking & Design, data solutions, custom projects etc
- Working on mobility surveys and partner with relevant teams and clients. Responsible for survey management
- Creating presentations and modifying the solution as per recommendations
- Monitoring and reporting progress against deliverables to the client and project team on an ongoing basis along with creating proposal for perspective clients
- Scheduling meetings with client points of contact as required per the project plan.
- Interacting with clients (with minimal support) for seeking information, discussing deliverables and setting up meetings as part of the project deliverables.
- Providing recommendations for product strategy, policies design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Post Graduate from a Premier B-School with a specialization in Human Resources
- Experience expertise in Global Mobility is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of various areas in HR, comfort with numbers and understanding of mobility terminology
