Manage, coordinate, track and conduct internal ethics investigations in India. This individual plays several roles in this respect. He or she typically conducts investigations as part of a larger investigation team consisting both of colleagues on our investigations team and also colleagues from other groups such as legal, HR and security
- Conduct ethics-related training for fellow employees, in tandem with Strategic Programs Office.
- Prepare and make presentations on our work to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, other senior leaders, and other colleagues, and assist in preparing reports on our investigations to various audiences.
- Note and identity key risks and trends in the region, and share this information with the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officers
- Recommend solutions and lead and assist in remedial efforts sparked by findings from our investigations.
- Collaborate from time to time with colleagues from other functions, such as legal, HR and Audit, to identify or address various issues related to our work.
- Serve as an independent voice and ethics advocate for employees.
- Serve as a resource for employees to seek advice and report violations
Requirement details :
- Fluency in English, including the ability to both read and write in the language at a high level.
- Bachelor Degree with more than 10 years of experience either in Legal, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Security, preferably with MNCs. Legal or other relevant graduate degree a plus.
- Experience working with people from different countries and cultures, and an understanding of how to work effectively with colleagues from around the world.
- Expert understanding and application of business ethics and compliance principles.
- Leadership ability and the command skills to interact with and counsel business leaders. Interactions may involve controversial situations, or call for influencing other senior managers.
- Experience managing others, as well as working with and on occasion leading and influencing peers on joint projects.
- Mature with strong interpersonal & communications skills, including the ability to make presentations to large audiences and senior leadership.
- Detail oriented and methodical in approach, with the ability to handle multiple matters at one time.
