Consultant - Foreign Exchange Risk Management - Big4 (1-3 yrs)

Consultant-Foreign exchange risk management in a Leading Big4- Delhi

Location DElhi

Qualification : MBA from top university, / CA with only 2 attempts

JD:

The candidate should have experience in any of the following areas:

a. Foreign exchange risk management: Experience / knowledge of the following:

i. FX risk management strategy and hedging,

ii. Exposure collation and management

iii. Derivative products used in Indian markets for hedging,

iv. Structure of treasury function in a corporate organization,

v. Accounting standards related to FX risk management activities and hedging

vi. Regulatory landscape applicable to Indian corporate treasuries.

vii. Experience of using market data sources such as Bloomberg/Reuters

b. Working capital and borrowings: Experience / knowledge of the following:

i. Knowledge of various trade finance products used by corporates in India

ii. Knowledge of various sources of short term and long term borrowings (Indian and foreign) for corporate in India

iii. Knowledge of cash forecasting and liquidity management processes and techniques

c. Valuation and hedge accounting: Experience / knowledge of the following:

i. Independent valuation of derivative products such as forwards, options, swaps, option structures

ii. Experience of using market data sources such as Bloomberg/Reuters

iii. Hedge accounting standards such as AS 30/ IFRS 9/ IAS 39/ASC 815

iv. Preparing hedge documentation and hedge effectiveness testing

d. Corporate banking:

i. Working in a bank treasury

ii. Working in the corporate banking team handling mid-market / SME clients

iii. Treasury sales / trade finance sales experience

Ideal candidate would have worked in treasury department of a Corporate or a bank in the Corporate Banking / Treasury department.

Qualification Required : CA passed in first / second attempt. MBA from premier Tier 1 / 2 institutes. CFA/ FRM would be added advantage.

Experience Required : 1 to 2 years
