Consultant - Financial Planning & Analysis Analytics (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Looking for candidates in FP&A analytics, who has the experience of engaging with clients in selling and delivering FP&A solutions
- The individual should bring thought leadership in the area of FP&A, and should be able to drive the conversations with clients on new and emerging trends in this space
- The individual will have a clear revenue and profitability target for the business he/she will manage
Position Expectations:
- Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving
- Leads team in the data synthesis process, solution design, and creation of actionable insights, Implications, and recommendations to address client's business issues and /or identify opportunities in the areas of FP&A and Spend analytics
- Support and partner with sales, to scope client need, and frame up Fractal's approach.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions
