Consultant - Financial Crime Compliance - Top Tier Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

- At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

- Our client, a global consulting firm, is working with a leading bank in Saudi Arabia and is looking for an expert in Financial Crime Risk Assessment to support them on this project.

- They would like to bring in a professional with proven technical expertise in the field of Financial Crime Risks in the consulting industry.

Basic Criteria and skills the candidate should have experience in and will be required to :

- Help financial institutions and financial services companies to respond to their regulatory and compliance programs

- Provide regulatory compliance, financial crime risk assessment, business process controls including the development of project plans and approach

- Ability to form alliances and work with companies developing AML/Financial Crime tools/Applications, FinTech's, RPA and Automation Companies, etc.

- Knowledge of Conduct related risks such as Conflict of Interest, Insider Trading, Market abuse and ability to design and implement frameworks pertaining to mitigation of Conduct Risk

- Knowledge of Global AML standard such as FATF, Basel, Wolfsberg along with comprehensive understanding of central bank regulations

- Financial Crime Compliance experience gained within the Financial Services Sector and act as the financial crime compliance consultant

An ideal candidate would have :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in the field of Financial Crime Compliance in the consulting industry

- Consulting experience is mandatory

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 3-6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The selected consultant would be required to relocate to Riyadh.
