- 5-10 yrs of overall experience, primarily working for Finance function in banks Strong understanding and experience in following areas : i. Regulatory and Management Financial Reporting ii. Regulations like IFRS9, CECL, IFRS16, FINREP/COREP etc iii. End to record to report process, including period end close process iv. Technology and systems required for finance function v. Good understanding of data required from IT to support finance processes - Experience working on 1-2 key large scale, multi- year change projects for a bank (as opposed to BAU operations) - Project Management experience - managing 4-5 resources - Strong understanding of banking products - retail, commercial, treasury - Experience in implementing a technology solution as a Business Analyst for Finance process - GL, financial consolidation, AP, AR, finance data warehouse or similar solution
