Consultant/Engagement Manager - Oil & Gas (Upstream) | Contractual role | Strategy consulting

Opportunity with global consulting firm; Strategy consulting

Must have experience (Please don't apply if you do not meet ALL requirements):

1. Oil and Gas upstream management of over 5 years (this could include project management in O&G upstream service companies, EPC companies, operators, project management consultancies, etc); O&G software experience does not qualify

2. Engineering undergrad - tier 1 institutes

3. MBA grad - tier 1 institutes

4. Having some team leadership experience

Job employment type: 2 year contract with extension after 1 year basis performance

Role: Strategy consulting | Project Management

Job description:

- Consulting end client across problems that will enable improvement in project delivery, enhancement of operational efficiency, developing strategic options for project execution and enabling evaluation of those options, supporting senior management in project monitoring and review, IT enablement of client, advising on global best practices across project execution, etc.

- Project execution will involve multiple aspects such as conducting workshops, developing templates, advising and implementing best practices, driving alignment across stakeholders, identifying risks and developing mitigation steps, ensuring adherence to agreed guidelines, etc.

- Overall - it is end to end strategy and implementation consulting.
