Consultant - Downstream Supply Chain (5-9 yrs)

Bangalore/Gurgaon/Gurugram/Mumbai/Pune Job Code: 591223

- Deliver large global transformational projects on digital supply chains for industry (chemicals, petrochemicals, downstream refining) clients

- Leverage understanding of industry best practices for Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Production Scheduling processes(this alone is lower rank)

- Work with IT system integrator to provide functional and industry consulting approach for large IT programs

- Create quality project deliverables

- Demonstrate strong analytical and data skills for supply chain modeling

- Demonstrate understanding of industry supply chain IT applications to design supply chain solutions for the clients

EXPERIENCE ON

- Extensive experience on fundamentals of supply chain planning - demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, linear programming models

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in either chemicals, petrochemical plants or refineries

- Functional experience with any one of the industry leading supply chain planning applications like AspenTech SCM (Mimi), OMP+, Quintiq, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Triple Point WAM Picaso, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.

- Familiarity with integration of SCM applications with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

- SAP functional experience a plus

- Consulting experience a plus

- Experience with data analysis a plus

- In-depth working knowledge of at least one SCM Planning IT application

- In-depth working knowledge of at least one SCM Planning IT application

- Supply Chain data modeling

- In-depth knowledge of Excel

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree on fields such as Chemicals, Production, Industrial, Petroleum Engineering, etc.

Master's degree or higher preferred.
