Client: A Premium Firm in Management Consulting
Practice: Basic materials
Designation: Advisor
Tenure: Initially 6 months. Can be renewed later basis of mutual understanding and project requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work along with top management to identify areas for cost reduction
- Run idea generation session with client teams
- Work along with clients to see through end to end implementation
- Right intervention with the frontline team to ensure adoption of aligned ideas
- Eliminate non-value-added practices and highlight zero-waste processes to maximize operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify high-cost assets adding insufficient value and reallocate spending towards processes with high ROI.
- Cutting off the non-value process, which typically contributes close to nothing to business output.
- Re-evaluating demand and, if necessary, redesign offerings to manage expenses by eliminating processes that do not positively impact supply.
- Simplifying process in business operations.
- Reduce varieties, which could lead to duplications of function and act as a redundant backup.
- Change suppliers or renegotiates with existing services providers.
- Identify opportunities to save and propose a cost-effective approach to take advantage of the opportunity.
Qualifications needed:
Education - Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA).
Consulting background is preferred
