About the client : Our client is one of the most reputed brands in the Consulting Industry
Reporting to : Principal
Exp: 2 - 10 yrs
Responsibilities :
- As a consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients across industry segments (Banking, FMCG, FMCD, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Technology, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Lead the compensation and benefits portfolio, provide thought leadership to the client team on compensation and benefits program
- Research, conduct external bench marking & trend analysis, review the company's compensation and benefits program to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop compensation philosophy, redesign the compensations structure and employee benefits program
- Support in redesigning PMS and streamline the incentive plans
- Support in redesigning Rewards and Recognition plan
- Manage compensation related operational activities
Key Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong problem solving and number crunching skills
- You have 2-10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in your current role
- You come with experience in business development, client servicing or Compensation & Benefits
- You have a sales driven mindset and can thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment
