Consultant - Compensation & Benefits - FMCG - Contractual Role (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Participating in Compensation benchmarking exercise & Leading the Labor Compensation annual approach with leadership

- Managing the Annual Compensation Review cycle, an end to end execution

- Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable pay planning, and various incentive scheme development

- Provide analytical support for the development and evaluation of the company executive compensation plans and programs Execute Incentives and payroll inputs

- Consistently monitor the effectiveness of the existing incentive schemes

- Lead performance appraisal process for Field through the well-defined approach and on-time execution.

- Effective compensation structuring and min wage revisions for field

- Determining and circulating Monthly, quarterly and annual trends of talent to HR and Ops leaders

- Timely release of the employee attrition & hiring trends every month
