Our Client is one of the well known names in the Industry.  They are looking for a Consultant with 5-9 years of experience in Comp & Ben.  Below is the JD for your reference:  1. Effectively partner with HR colleagues, business, clients and vendors both locally as well as globally (as mandated), to manage, consult on compensation and benefits-related issues  2. Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives  3. Lead salary administration, market data, benchmarking surveys, salary policy, job structure, and compensation guidelines.   4. Provides guidance and recommendations to business units regarding budgets and allocations. Tracks the budget spent for assigned business unit or location.  5. Participate in benefits projects that include analysis, market benchmarking, designing, implementation and communication of health and welfare benefits programs such as medical, dental,, income protection, life and accident insurance plans, retirement plans such as pension and all needful wellness plans  6. Act as a subject matter expert in providing recommendations to improve and solve problems regarding existing policies, procedures, and practices  7. Directs and oversee outsourced vendor activities. Performs all vendor management activities. Attends and leads, recurring meetings. Works with vendors to resolve problem situations  8. Represents the department in various meetings within and outside the organization.  9. Create and deliver internal compensation training to HR and management teams  10. Partner with the global compensation and benefit teams on C&B issues, and work on a variety of special compensation and benefits projects as needed. Additionally, manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.  11. Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness and trend purposes
