Consultant - Compensation & Benefit - Management Consulting Firm (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
- Customized Compensation and Benefits bench marking for Management & Non-Management staff
- Managing the entire process including leading the dialogue with the client and participant interactions, analysis, report generation and delivery
- Designing of salary scales and fitment of employees in the suggested scale.
- Develop, maintain and administer custom compensation surveys Conduct job analysis, review recommendations and revise plan as appropriate
- Participate in identification and implementation of performance metrics in support of compensation plan analysis and design
Desired Candidate: Candidates with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience handling compensation and benefit profile
